If you have a misfire, I am the spark you are looking for!

I am Sparky, and I would like to share a little about me.  I am part chihuahua. I am part rat terrier. I am two years old. I have a little chunk I'm working on. I love life.

My foster calls me Spark Plug. I love being someone's buddy. Not only do I want to work on your car with you, I, also, want to go for a ride. I want to sit on your lap, lie in your bed, go for a walk, alert you of danger, strangers and delivery folks. I can be a little smarty pants but if you know my breeds then that's no surprise. Dog friends are great; sometimes my little dog syndrome comes out but, again, chihuahua. Cats are a no go. Sorry feline lovers. I am working on a coupe commands, I love being engaged but at times I don't. Again. Chihuahua. But, I still love you and want to be on your lap.
“I like to think of him as the Starsky to your Hutch. He’s edgy with a soft underside. He would definitely be the owner of the sweetest of muscle cars in the neighborhood if he could drive. I can picture him in a retro leather jacket and cool shades. All bark at first..but given a tasty treat and ignored, then he’s ready to charm. He will always have your back when the chips are down . Or the mail is being delivered. You get my drift……”

Loves to snuggle on you or anyone else in the room. He insists on sleeping under the blankets with you and is a master at tug of war. 

I am crate trained, potty trained in the house, I walk well and proud on a leash. Cuddling is an extra curricular activity as well as burrowing in my blankets. My favorite kind of kids are older, gentle and kind; the kind that won't push, pull, scream or smother me too much.

 

 An approved application and $285 adoption fee is required.  I am up to date on shots and neutered!
