Duke was an outside dog that lived in a 6x9 for 14 years. When he came to rescue he was kind, gentle and lonely. he leaned on me hard....a sign of trust. We immediately had him vaccinated and neutered and he tested positive for heartworms. We started his treatment. He lives in a foster home with 3 other dogs loving life and learning to live indoors. He loves to lay on a foot, butt up against you, sleep in a cozy crate and go for leashed walks. Duke is potty trained and crate trained at night. Duke is an amazing senior with many, many years to come.
