My name is Sparky or Spark Plug! I made my way up from Kennett, Mo. I had instant friends in my foster home!!! Two parents and two dogs, included. I'm considered a little rat terrier. I love, love, love to play and cuddle. Showing affection is my specialty. They tell me I'm a good passenger in the car, that I'm a good boy for going potty outside and I get treats to go into my crate. Sparky would LOVE a dog friend to play and wrestle with. It makes him so happy to have like friends in the home.
